Case Management Assistant

The Case Management Assistant will work closely with the Case Management and Social Services team to support patient discharge and transfer processes. The role primarily involves clerical and administrative support to ensure patients are discharged or transferred from the hospital in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Schedule: Monday Friday
  • Start Time: 08:30 AM
  • End Time: 05:00 PM
  • Duration: 13 Weeks
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
