The Range Cashier is accountable for executing all Range processes and must be able to consistently perform well in high-volume transaction environment; remaining friendly while constantly delivering the World's Greatest Firearm Experience to every guest.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver the World's Greatest Firearm Experience.
  • Assign range lanes to guests and manage the queue.
  • Safely and effectively handle range firearm experiences and customer firearms.
  • Connect with customers by graciously listening to questions or concerns; asking open ended questions; recommending solutions; answering questions and responding to concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide concise, yet comprehensive range safety briefings to all range guests.
  • Accurately process all transaction, including cash, credit cards, gift cards, return, exchanges etc.
  • Accurately enter customer information into the range POS.
  • Ability to operate, demonstrate, and explain merchandise.
  • Ability to monitor inventory and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  Knowledge, Skills, and Education Requirement 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) of Range experience.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills required to interact with all levels of the store team and guests. 
  • Ability to successfully accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Functional proficiency with computer programs and systems.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions. 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods. 
  • Proficient cashier and clerical skills.
  • Comfortable with cash handling.
  • Be an individual who is driven, confident and flexible.
  • MUST PASS DRUG TEST, BACKGROUND CHECK AND ANY PRE-EMPLOYMENT TESTS IF APPLICABLE.
