Job description

You will serve as a Management Assistant (New Hire Coordinator) in the PSNS & IMF, Production Resources Department of PSNS and IMF.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: demonstrating good customer service skills and be knowledgeable about the command and the process of getting through security and medicals. Must have the ability to work with a wide variety of people, new hires, clinic staff, security, and medical schedulers. A working knowledge of office automation, SharePoint, and MS products is a must. Candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills, and organized. Candidate must be a self starter and initiate process improvements.
