In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of hospital supply chain processes. Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations.
- High School graduation and two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Previous experience in hospital materials management, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, such as Oracle, is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clinical staff and colleagues.
- Physical ability to lift and move supplies, with a commitment to supporting daily operational needs.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanning devices and willingness to learn new inventory management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to handle changing priorities and work demands.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain a well-organized work area.
