What We're Looking For in a Craftsman Apprentice:
  • Some Experience in the Trades - Ideally, you have worked in or studied carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, electrical work, or general home repairs.
  • Eager to Learn & Grow - You have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a goal of becoming a skilled craftsman.
  • Basic Knowledge of Tools & Safety Procedures - Comfortable using hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic power tools under supervision.
  • Reliable & Professional - Show up on time, follow instructions, and treat customers' homes with respect and care.
  • Ability to Follow Direction & Work as a Team - You'll be working closely with seasoned craftsmen, so a positive attitude and strong communication skills are a must.
  • Your Own Work Vehicle (Preferred, but Not Required) - A reliable truck or van is helpful but not required for apprentices.
  • Your Own Basic Tools (Preferred, but Not Required) - We encourage apprentices to bring their own tools, but we will provide guidance on what you'll need over time.
  • Smartphone & Tech-Savvy - Must have a smartphone with reliable internet and be comfortable using our Field App daily to track jobs, update work orders, and communicate with the team.
  • Valid Driver's License - We work with professionals our customers can trust.
