Interns typically learn about network administration, cybersecurity, cloud services, and remote IT support. The role offers exposure to a range of technologies and industries, helping interns develop professional skills in troubleshooting, customer service, and technical documentation. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in information technology or managed IT services.

What types of projects and responsibilities can I expect during a Managed Service Provider (MSP) internship?

Interns often collaborate closely with experienced technicians and engineers, gaining exposure to real-world problem-solving and client communication. You may also participate in documentation, asset inventory, and learn how to use remote management tools.
