What are Managed Print Services?

Managed Print Services (MPS) are comprehensive solutions offered by third-party providers to optimize and manage a company’s printing devices, such as printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. MPS providers assess an organization’s current print environment, streamline processes, supply consumables, handle maintenance, and monitor usage to reduce costs, enhance security, and improve efficiency. By outsourcing print management, businesses can focus on their core activities while ensuring reliable and secure document output.
