Client File Processor

Position Notes:

  • We are looking for local candidates only that can come onsite 3 days/week. This role could potentially become temp to hire depending upon performance and future FTE adds. This need is to provide additional team support to fill in for employees that are being shared across multiple areas to meet some internal initiatives and load balancing. Hours expected are 8am-4:45pm, but a slight variation may be considered for the right candidate if needed. Days required in the office are Tuesday and Wednesday, the third day is flexible.

About this Team:

  • The CDEI (Client Data Exchange & Identity) team is part of Enterprise Technology. This team is responsible for the receiving and delivering files that contain customers' employee information used to manage their group life insurance eligibility and coverage management processes.

Summary:

  • The Product team supports the process requirements and delivering value of the product based on business objectives and customer feedback. Product value is a combination of delivering business value features via technology experiences that are user friendly, easy to maintain and highly reliable. This position is responsible for day to day file exchanges and processing of customer data

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking, monitoring and accurately processing files using the Client File Management (CFM) system.
  • Ensuring that scheduled file transfer events occur on schedule and that the data from the file is properly processed through the client file management system.
  • Work with Enterprise Managed File Transfer solution to set up and maintain secure file transfers.
  • Analyze and interpret data from clients in order to answer customer questions and process files.
  • Communicate directly with clients during annual enrollment as needed when files are not received or data on the file needs to be reviewed and verified for accuracy.
  • Manage workload to meet service level agreements and performance guarantees for both internal and external customers.
  • Work directly with internal and external customers to resolve technical issues relating to the exchange or processing of files in a timely and accurate manner.
