As an Operations Analyst Sr within PNC's Asset Management organization, you will be based in Cleveland, Ohio.
The Operations Analyst Sr (Asset Transfer Analyst Sr.) is responsible for processing routine and complex asset transfer transactions accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and service standards. This role researches and resolves transaction exceptions, supports internal partners, and ensures the timely completion of asset transfer requests while minimizing operational risk.
Key responsibilities include reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness, maintaining required records, supporting risk and compliance standards, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The analyst may also contribute to process improvements, assist with training and onboarding, and support projects that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, a customer-focused mindset, and effective collaboration across teams to deliver seamless asset transfer experience.

Job Description
  • Executes routine and complex transactions/processes of varying risk and financial value utilizing standard policies and procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas.
  • Identifies and addresses exceptions. May serve as a point of escalation for complex transactions. Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions. May interact with external customers to complete transactions.
  • Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable.
  • Provides consultation and advice to internal and external customers. May review existing processes and recommend improvements and may assist with implementation. Participates in and may serve as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects. May assist in training and onboarding of new hires.
  • May review transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and compliance with applicable policies and procedures. May participate in risk mitigation activities.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $37,500.00 - $62,500.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
