Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SWIFT & Treasury Systems Analyst to support enterprise financial messaging, SWIFT connectivity, and Treasury Management Systems (TMS). This role will provide Level 2 (IT2) production support, system enhancements, troubleshooting, and integration support across treasury platforms, banking interfaces, and financial applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SWIFT messaging standards, ISO 20022, treasury processes, bank connectivity, and TMS platforms while collaborating with treasury teams, finance stakeholders, banking partners, and IT infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities SWIFT Network & Financial Messaging Support
  • Manage and support SWIFT connectivity solutions including SWIFTAlliance Access, SWIFTAlliance Entry, SWIFT Alliance Lite2, or equivalent platforms.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 (MX) message flows.
  • Support RMA management, SWIFT certificates, PKI, key exchange, and security controls.
  • Ensure compliance with SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP) requirements.
  • Coordinate with SWIFT service providers, correspondent banks, and internal teams for connectivity and messaging issues.
  • Monitor payment message processing and resolve transmission failures.
Treasury Management Systems (TMS) Support
  • Support and enhance Treasury Management Systems such as Kyriba, Quantum, FIS, ION, SAP Treasury, or similar platforms.
  • Manage integrations between TMS, banks, ERP systems, payment platforms, and SWIFT interfaces.
  • Support treasury processes including:
    • Cash management
    • Liquidity forecasting
    • Payment processing
    • Bank account management
    • Reconciliations
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for TMS-related incidents.
  • Assist with system enhancements, configuration changes, and functional improvements.
Application & Production Support
  • Provide L2/IT2 production support for treasury applications, SWIFT platforms, and related integrations.
  • Monitor application health, scheduled jobs, interfaces, file transfers, and message processing.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within defined SLAs.
  • Support application releases, upgrades, patches, and business continuity testing.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams for issue resolution.
Security, Compliance & Documentation
  • Support compliance requirements related to SOX, audits, SWIFT CSP, and financial regulations.
  • Maintain technical documentation including:
    • System configurations
    • Interface specifications
    • Support procedures
    • Troubleshooting guides
  • Participate in security reviews, audit activities, and control assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise security and operational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5โ€“8 years of IT experience supporting financial systems, treasury applications, or banking technology.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • SWIFT messaging (MT/MX)
    • ISO 20022 standards
    • SWIFT CSP requirements
    • RMA, PKI, certificates, and security controls
  • Experience supporting Treasury Management Systems (TMS) such as Kyriba, Quantum, FIS, ION, SAP Treasury, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of treasury processes including payments, cash management, liquidity, and bank connectivity.
  • Experience troubleshooting application integrations, interfaces, middleware, and message flows.
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Unix/Linux environments
    • SQL queries
    • Scheduling tools
    • SFTP/file transfer processes
    • APIs and web services
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, banking partners, and technical teams.
