Job Title: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant
Location: New York - New York
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant with 12-14 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Oracle Cloud integrations. The consultant will serve as the onsite integration lead, working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and offshore teams to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and third-party enterprise systems. The role requires strong customer engagement, solution design, delivery governance, and hands-on OIC development expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary onsite point of contact for all integration-related discussions and activities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into integration solution designs.
Lead customer workshops, design sessions, and integration strategy discussions.
Design, develop, and implement complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Build integrations using REST, SOAP, File, FTP/SFTP, Database, ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, and other OIC adapters.
Define integration architecture, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
Collaborate with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and third-party application teams.
Drive end-to-end integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
Review technical designs, perform code reviews, and provide guidance to offshore development teams.
Ensure robust exception handling, monitoring, logging, and security mechanisms are implemented.
Support release planning, cutover activities, migration strategy, and production deployments.
Manage integration-related risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Prepare project status reports and provide executive-level updates to client leadership.
