Solutions Technology Inc. (STI) is seeking a talented and driven AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Arlington, VA. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that support our critical customer mission. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to build scalable AI/ML solutions, streamline data pipelines, and drive forward data-driven innovations in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have a broad technical background, a solid understanding of applicable analytics, and a natural curiosity for producing effective solutions. This person is patient, has excellent time-management skills, and practices of effective communication style.

The AI/ML Engineer will develop and implement automation solutions to support machine learning technology integration activities, focusing on agentic workflow development, automated analysis workflows, and integration automation. This role addresses manual workflow pain points and enables scaling of technology capabilities through intelligent automation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop automated data pipelines for machine learning technology integration initiatives
- Create automation workflows for malware sample collection, detonation, and taxonomy
- Implement AI/LLM integrations with Databricks and other cloud services
- Implement data integration automation between pilot and production systems
