As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
  • Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
  • Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
  • Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
  • Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Flexible Scheduling and Reliability
  • Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
  • Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
  • Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
