Per il dipartimento Business Development & Sales Account nell'HQ ad Agrate Brianza (MB), stiamo selezionando una risorsa da inserire comeBusiness Development Project Manager Skincare e Make Up, responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale dell’area assegnata (mercato Italia), della gestione e crescita delle relazioni con i clienti e della promozione delle nuove collezioni skincare. Il ruolo coordina i progetti cross‑funzionali e contribuisce a budget, forecast e strategie di sviluppo del business.

  • Sviluppare commercialmente rapporti con i clienti dell’area assegnata.
  • Gestire il rapporto e la relazione commerciale con i clienti già acquisiti.
  • Attività di project management sui clienti dell'area assegnata.
  • Collaborare nell'elaborazione di proposte commerciali con tutti i dipartimenti aziendali coinvolti (R&D, Marketing, Buyer, Industrializzazione, Operations).
  • Assicurare la definizione del budget di vendite per l’area di competenza e fornire supporto alle sales per i nuovi progetti.
  • Produrre sales forecast per i prodotti già esistenti e quelli nuovi.
  • Implementare nuove strategie di sviluppo e vendite.
  • Presentare e promuovere le nuove collezioni sviluppate.
  • Laurea in ambito Economico, Business Management e affini.
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni.
  • Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte nazionali in funzione di eventi, meeting o attività operative presso clienti o partner.
  • Approfondita conoscenza del settore beauty (make-up e skincare)
