MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC.
We are looking for an Account Manager with 4+ years’ experience in Semiconductor sales who is based in Milwaukee, WI. Training would be provided.

What will you do:
  • Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design-win´s and increase account penetration
  • Promote MCC as strategic partner with assigned customers
  • Research and develop new customers and new business segments
  • Develop account strategy and execute business plan
  • Effectively handle of customers' issue
  • Meet sales budget (booking/Billing)
  • Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team
  • Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives
  • Hold business review with customers and distribution Channel
What will you bring:
  • Education Background/ Major: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors.
  • Experience (Must): 4+ years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge (Ideal): Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.)
  • Familiar with specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products.
  • Proficient in using office software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, including through listening, speaking, reading, and writing, as necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
  • Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why and other quality tools.
  • Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP.
  • Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills.
  • Market and customer communication skills.
