Job description

Maintenance Technician

Viking Restaurants - a Burger King Franchise operating

in MN, ND, SD

Viking Restaurants is seeking a maintenance technician

who will help maintain and repair equipment.

You will also learn the planned routine

maintenance for upkeep for 7 Burger King restaurants. This is a full-time

position that requires open availability and travel

The Burger King Locations are: Little Falls MN,

Wadena MN, Staples MN, Benson MN, Valley City ND, Wahpeton ND and Mobridge SD

Job duties include:

Facility preventative maintenance - on site training provided

Equipment Repair and Preventative maintenance - on site training provided

Basic computer skills

Schedule:

Typical schedule will be days Mon-Fri Will include on-call shifts --nights - weekends

Work schedule will offer overtime

Requirements:

Could be based in any of the above mentioned locations as well as the Brainerd and Alexandria areas

Must be 18 yrs. old with a valid driver's license

Must be able to drive to our various locations with company provided truck/van.

Working with company provided tools and maintenance equipment.

Must be able to climb stairs and ladders

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Must pass post-offer background check - including motor vehicle

This position is also responsible for effectively working with and communicating with members of the BK management team

at the restaurant level and above.

Must be able to work independently

Experience that may

prove helpful:

Refrigeration HVAC experience.

Mechanical/electrical experience.

Diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience.

Wage and Benefits:

Wage - $20 - $30 per hour - depending on experience.

Overtime will typically be required
