To thrive as a Maintenance Technician, you need solid troubleshooting skills, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and often a high school diploma or technical certification. Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, HVAC systems, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is typically required.
