Join the Stowe Motel team, a family-owned business, as a Maintenance professional and play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about maintaining a high standard of facility care in our beautiful Stowe, VT, location.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues before they affect guest experience.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and inventory of supplies.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and work area.
