We are seeking a hands-onMaintenance Supervisorto lead maintenance operations at our Douglassville, PA facility. This roleis responsible fordriving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and leading a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians.

Pay:$46-$48/hr (based on experience) +year-endbonus

Schedule:Monday โ€“ Friday 7:30am-5:30pm(schedule can vary)

Location: Douglassville, PA

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs across all shifts.
  • Repair, install and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans whichinvolvesworking at heights, climbingladdersand using mobile equipment (cranes, forklift, scissor lift, etc.).
  • Plan and lead maintenance teamsand external vendorsduring plant shutdowns and equipment installations.
  • Trainmulti-craftmaintenancetechnicians, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
  • Lead breakdown responseand troubleshootingefforts and prioritize critical repairs tominimize downtime.
  • Connect to PLCโ€™s and VFDโ€™s using laptop software toidentifyfaults,monitorinputs/outputs, and support production troubleshooting.
  • Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
  • Identifyand upgrade electrical components (VFDโ€™s,I/Ocards,PLCโ€™s, etc.) to ensure proper inventory of spare partsarereadily available.
  • Reads and understands wiring diagrams to trace electrical circuits; IOโ€™s, OLโ€™s, contactors, relays, breakresistersand various other electrical components.
  • Manage and oversee outside contractors, vendors, and service providers performing work onsite.
  • Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance proceduresin WO system.
  • 5+ years ofheavyindustrial maintenance experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Proven experienceleading teams inboth electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experiencetroubleshooting/set up of VFD drives; SEW drives, Siemen, Lenze, & Allen Bradley
  • Experience inconcrete,foundries,aggregates, mining, orother heavy industrialmanufacturing operations(preferred)
  • Industrial electrical experience in PLCโ€™s and plant automation.
  • Ability to supportmultiple shifts
  • Experienced in heavy industrial mechanical repairs; rigging, welding & fabrication (preferred)
  • Experience withMicrosoftOffice,CMMS, & ERP systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
