Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

Location: Spartanburg, SC

Pay: $28/hr

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 9:00p-7:30a. Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p

Now Hiring: Direct Hire Maintenance Technician

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a growing team in a direct hire opportunity. If you have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Install, repair, and maintain machinery and production equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with equipment improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and production equipment.
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
  • PLC troubleshooting experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
