Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 3 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work.

 Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
  • HVAC experience preferred (EPA or HVAC Certification & hands on experience)
  • Pool experience and CPO preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to help with on call 
A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Valid driver’s license required.
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
