You’ll perform a variety of maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical repairs to HVAC and carpentry work, all while upholding our high standards for quality and safety.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.
  • Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames
  • Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
  • Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
  • Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors while  on-call 24/7 for emergency maintenance.
  • Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report any shortages.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with the Community Supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE:

  • $22.00 –$26.00 per hour
  • Annual Performance Bonus
  • This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay

This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. 

 

Final compensation offers will be determined following a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position.
