Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support operations at our Tulsa Heat Treat facility. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing equipment and facility maintenance, supporting industrial furnaces, and ensuring preventive maintenance programs are executed effectively to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.

This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

What the Maintenance Supervisor Will Be Doing

• Provide equipment and facility maintenance support for heat treat operations
• Support industrial furnaces and related mechanical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct scheduled inspections of fluid levels, water flow, quench oils, filters, and washer systems
• Perform corrective actions for out-of-specification conditions as directed
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fabrication-related issues
• Accurately document all maintenance, repairs, and modifications
• Maintain organized shop manuals, drawings, and blueprints
• Recommend improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety
• Maintain inventory of maintenance tools, supplies, and replacement parts
• Assist with pyrometry testing, including:
– System Accuracy Tests
– Temperature Uniformity Tests
– Instrument Calibration
• Support a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Required Qualifications for the Maintenance Supervisor

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and metal fabrication
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance databases preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as required

Education Requirements:
• College or technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred
• OR high school diploma/GED with 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
