Description
Foreside Real Estate Management is seeking a reliable, skilled maintenance subcontractor to support our property maintenance, remodeling, and turnover projects on an as-needed, project basis. This is a subcontractor role covering a broad range of maintenance and remodeling trades - including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work - across our residential and light commercial properties. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, run a professional operation, and want steady work from a company that respects your time and your business, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a subcontractor position - you'll bid or quote on assigned projects, work independently, carry your own insurance, and use your own tools and equipment. This is not a W-2 employee role.
