Bathroom Remodeling Subcontractor
– $125K–$150K+ Annual Opportunity

Compensation: 10% Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Experience Level: Mid-Level to Experienced

Bath Center is a family-owned remodeling company established in 1995 and partnered with Home Depot. We specialize in bathtub replacements, shower conversions, and complete bathroom remodels throughout Oregon and Washington. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced bathroom remodeling installers and installation crews to join our team.

Typical installers earn $125,000–$150,000+ annually based on production volume.

Compensation

• 10% commission per standard bathtub or shower installation

• Projects located more than 1 hour and 15 minutes away include an additional daily travel stipend (typically around $150 depending on distance)

Responsibilities

• Complete bathtub and shower replacements
• Perform tub-to-shower conversions
• Install acrylic, quartz, and porcelain wall systems
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Complete projects to company quality standards
• Conduct final customer walkthroughs upon project completion

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Preferred Experience

Experience installing acrylic, quartz, or porcelain wall systems is strongly preferred. We are especially interested in installers who have worked with:

Individual installers and established installation crews are encouraged to apply.

Contractor Requirements

  •  Valid contractor license
  •  Bonded and insured
  •  Experience with bathroom remodeling installations
  •  Ability to complete installs independently or with a helper
  •  Own tools
  •  Reliable transportation suitable for transporting materials and equipment (box truck, cargo van, or truck/trailer setup)
  •  Clean, detail-oriented finish work
