Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and millwrights
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of textile equipment
  • Manage facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and provide technical guidance to the team
  • Plan and execute equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements
  • Coordinate with production to prioritize repairs and optimize equipment performance
  • Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, KPIs, and inventory
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction

Qualifications:
