The Senior Manager, Divisional Maintenance, leads operational excellence across multiple facilities by overseeing maintenance, vendor management, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages budgets, and ensures reliability and safety of building systems and equipment. Collaborating cross-functionally, the manager provides strategic guidance, leverages data analytics for informed decision-making, and fosters effective partnerships to optimize maintenance operations. The position requires strong business acumen, technical expertise, and influential communication to support organizational goals and deliver sustainable operational performance.
About the team:
This team manages Witron automated grocery robotic equipment operating in temperature-controlled environments from 55°F to -15°F. Their work ensures equipment reliability and performance, directly impacting product delivery to over 150 stores per facility. Supporting the Reliability Maintenance organization, which includes more than 100 leaders and associates per site, the team provides extensive on-site support and training. The role involves significant travel across multiple locations to drive loss elimination processes and align maintenance efforts with organizational goals. Expansion of this network nationwide is a key focus, with operations based at one primary Witron site.
What you'll do:
  • Lead maintenance operations across multiple facilities, ensuring safety, sanitation, and mechanical functionality.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.
  • Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Oversee budgeting, expense management, and variance analysis to support financial objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth workflow and regulatory compliance.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement processes.
  • Coordinate crisis management and warranty claims to minimize operational disruptions.
