Job description

Maintenance Manager – Food Manufacturing

Monticello, WI | $110,000–$150,000 | Up to $7,500 relocation

We're recruiting a Maintenance Manager for an established food manufacturer in southern Wisconsin. This person will lead a 12-person maintenance team and take ownership of equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, projects and the department budget.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong management responsibility
  • Real experience managing budgets and making equipment-purchase decisions
  • Strong electrical, mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
  • Experience in food, packaging or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Dairy or cheese manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
