About the Role
  • Position: Maintenance Helper

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (30-minute uncompensated lunch break)

Key Responsibilities
  • Support building maintenance and repair tasks: material handling, job site prep and cleanup, simple repairs, patching, painting, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry support, small project assistance, and building protection.
  • Assist with the use of basic hand tools and portable power tools as needed.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and skilled trades teams to deliver quality service and ensure safety standards.
  • Help organize supplies, prepare work areas, and perform basic troubleshooting for facilities issues.
