The Maintenance Helper plays a vital role in supporting the maintenance team by providing assistance with various tasks related to the upkeep and operation of facilities, equipment, and machinery. This position involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections under the guidance and direction of experienced maintenance personnel. The Maintenance Helper must exhibit a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure the efficient functioning of the organization's physical assets.

Requirements:
  1. Assist maintenance technicians and mechanics in performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
  2. Carry out basic repairs and troubleshooting on machinery, equipment, and systems, as directed.
  3. Perform routine inspections of facilities, identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  4. Help with the setup and organization of maintenance tools, materials, and inventory.
  5. Support the maintenance team in conducting preventative maintenance activities to minimize equipment breakdowns and downtime.
  6. Assist in cleaning and maintaining work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  7. Handle tasks related to painting, cleaning, and minor carpentry as needed.
