What are some common challenges Maintenance Grader Operators face while working in the field?

Maintenance Grader Operators often work in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrains, which can make operating heavy machinery more complex and demanding. They may encounter unexpected obstacles on roadways or job sites, requiring quick judgment and adaptability to maintain safety and quality.
