If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As a Maintenance Director, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner, following all applicable standards and regulations. You will supervise the team and assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will also plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installations, as well as track spending and labor budgets.
Must Have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years' experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
  • Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
  • Ability to plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installation.
  • Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets.
  • Supervisory Experience

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in a healthcare facility.
