Job description

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to assist the maintenance director and ensure our community remains a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.

Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining the building, its systems, and the surrounding grounds.

  • Manage the maintenance and security departments to ensure efficient operations.

  • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Maintenance Assistant (assisted living experience is a plus!).

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

  • Valid driver’s license required.
