Essential Responsibilities

  • Candidates must posses a thorough knowledge of programming techniques, programming languages and the capabilities / limitations of a computer 
  • through knowledge of the principles of computer programming, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation
  • demonstrated experience with analysis and design
  • effective oral and written communication skills
  • ability to establish and maintain good working relationships; strong analysis and programming skills
  • ability to resolve highly complex problems. 

experience with the following: 
COBOL, CICS, DB2, TSO, WEB Service Development, IBM z/OS operating systems, JCL, CA DB2 products, ENDEVOR, SQL, VSAM, Microsoft Office Suite, Exposure to DMV applications systems is a plus
