As a Nurse Practitioner you will perform acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures in collaboration with attending physicians and residents. You will make an impact in leading quality and evidence-based care initiatives that will result in achieving optimal patient outcomes

Position: Nurse Practitioner, NP - Inpatient Hematology Oncology
Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday Day Shift, no weekends or Holidays!
Experience:
1. 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience in an Inpatient setting preferred, Hematology Oncology highly preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Hematology Oncology preferred.
3. New Grads considered with prior Hematology Oncology Nursing experience and Inpatient Clinical rotations
Education:
1. Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.
2. MSN Required.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
3. Require ACLS certification.
4. May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
5. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
