Job description

Salary Range: 13.00 - $15.00 Hourly

Located on the Mississippi River, on the site of the former Learnedโ€™s Mill that operated from 1828 until 1962, Magnolia Bluffs Casino now calls this historic land home. The casino originally opened in 2012 and is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. With numerous slot machines and ample table games such as poker, blackjack, roulette and craps as well as delicious dining options, we offer a guest experience unparalleled to others. In addition to our boasting casino, we operate a beautiful hotel with the areas only saltwater pool!

We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Natchez with the best customer service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for a Main Banker. This position will report directly to the Cage Manager, and will be responsible for:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complies with State regulations and Company internal controls.
  • Responsible for accountability of funds including main bank, reserve bank, soft count, change banks, front window and booth inventories, and self-redemption automated kiosks.
  • Responsible for tracking inventory of coin, currency and vouchers.
  • Responsible for all exchanges between main bank and other outlets.
  • Completes necessary paperwork for variances and accountability.
  • Verifies the all revenues from casino, Racing, Food and Beverage, and/or Lottery.
  • Maintains self-redemption kiosks.
  • Prepares and verifies daily deposits.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE: One (1) year Cage, banking and/or cashiering experience required.

Other:

  • Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. occasionally.
  • Able to stand for up to 6-8 hours.
