Job description

  1. PURPOSE OF POSITION

Accurately and pleasantly provides Main Bank services while complying with established the Nooksack Northwood Casino’s policies and procedures and applicable Federal, State, and Tribal laws and regulations.

  3. Other Important Contacts:                  General Manager, Human Resources, Casino Department Managers, Nooksack Tribal Gaming Agency, employees, guests.
  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Promotes customer service as a priority.
  2. Complies with company and department policies and procedures and applicable Federal, State, and Tribal laws and regulations while practicing positive customer and employee relations.
  3. Accurately and efficiently processes a wide variety of in-house monetary transactions.
  4. Accurately verify and transfer Soft Count Drop to Cage Main Bank. Prepare daily deposit after reconciling Cage Cash Summary.
  5. Provides accurate and timely documentation and reporting of department activities and status as requested.
  6. Maintains accountability for and security of all monies and keys within control.
  7. Maintains a professional and neat appearance of work area and of self and represents the company in a positive manner.
  8. May act in the capacity of a Cage Cashier.
  9. Maintains confidentiality of company and player information.
  10. Such other job related duties as may be assigned by instruction from management.
  1. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Required:
  1. Must be able to obtain and maintain valid Nooksack Tribal Gaming Agency and Class III Washington State Gaming Commission licenses.
  2. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  3. Sufficient experience, education and job knowledge to meet current business needs.
  4. Demonstrated successful Cage Cashier and Employee Bank Cashier experience.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively on multiple tasks.
  6. Demonstrated positive customer service skills.
  1. Preferred:
  1. Previous casino experience.
