Job description

Striden is seeking a reliable, professional, and flexible Office Hospitality Associate to provide coverage at our client locations as needed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working in different professional office environments, and can quickly adapt to the needs of each location.

Floaters provide temporary coverage for employee absences, vacations, special projects, events, and other staffing needs. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on available assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coverage at various Striden client locations based on staffing needs.
  • Support reception and front desk operations, including greeting visitors and assisting employees and guests.
  • Assist with mailroom operations, including sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages.
  • Process outgoing mail, courier requests, and shipping needs.
  • Provide hospitality and conference room support, including meeting room setup and breakdown.
  • Assist with office supply organization, stocking, and inventory.
  • Support printing, copying, scanning, binding, and other document-related requests.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and general workplace services as assigned.
  • Follow all client-specific procedures, security requirements, and workplace policies.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Communicate promptly with Striden regarding assignment availability and scheduling.
  • Arrive on time and remain for the full duration of all accepted shifts.
  • Perform additional workplace services duties as assigned.
