Salary: $95,000 - $98,000

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within Business & Industry, Workplace Services, Facilities Services, Hospitality, Mail Services, Logistics, or a related operational environment.
  • Experience managing multiple locations and diverse teams.
  • Working knowledge of Office Support Services, including Mailroom Operations, Shipping & Receiving, Reception, Hospitality Services, and Workplace Services.
  • Experience coaching and developing leaders in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational metrics, KPIs, business continuity, compliance standards, and safety programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
