Job Title - Office Services & Mailroom Specialist
Location: Troy, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Position: Full-Time, Onsite
Contract: 3 months


Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Services & Mailroom Specialist to support daily mailroom, print center, shipping/receiving, and general office operations at a healthcare organization in Troy, MI.

The ideal candidate will have mailroom and/or print center experience, strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail and shipments using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
  • Track packages and maintain accurate shipping records.
  • Operate printers, copiers, and other print-center equipment.
  • Process printing, copying, folding, inserting, and other print requests.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of office/print equipment.
  • Maintain office and print-center supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with conference room setup, AV equipment, and office logistics.
  • Support office moves, deliveries, warehouse activities, and occasional offsite events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal departments.
  • Follow all safety, confidentiality, and workplace procedures.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of clerical and/or mailroom experience.
  • Experience with mailroom, shipping/receiving, print center, or office services preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid Michigan Driver's License with a safe driving record.
  • Ability to work fully onsite.

Preferred: 2+ years of print-center/print-production experience or an Associate degree.
