Job description

We are looking for a dependable Mail & Print Services Assistant to support daily onsite mailroom and package handling operations in Redmond, Washington. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with routine operational tasks, basic computer-based processing, and working in a fast-paced support environment. The person in this role will help ensure incoming shipments are accurately identified, labeled, and directed to the correct internal destinations while contributing to smooth day-to-day service delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Receive incoming packages and materials delivered to the mailroom and prepare them for internal distribution.
• Review shipment details, verify destination information, and route items to the appropriate department or delivery point.
• Use computer-based tracking tools to search package records, confirm delivery data, and update shipment status.
• Print and apply routing or identification labels to parcels so they can move accurately through the distribution process.
• Support mailroom and print service operations by maintaining an organized processing station and consistent workflow.
• Handle palletized or high-volume deliveries safely and efficiently as part of daily receiving activities.
• Coordinate with team members to manage package flow while independently completing assigned operational tasks.
• Follow onsite workplace procedures, safety expectations, and service standards during all mail and shipping activities.• High school diploma or equivalent.
