We have been providing our southern Nevada customers with an alternative source of premium beverages and stellar service since 2001. Customer Service | Accounts Receivable | Accounts Payable | Administrative Support
Position Summary
This role supports daily office operations across all departments, including customer service, accounts receivable/payable, scheduling, data entry, and clerical work. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Greet customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Respond to general questions regarding the company, its services, and office procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to all departments, including accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and compile financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, copying, faxing, and document organization.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence for mailing.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and route unresolved matters appropriately.
  • Maintain office forms, notices, policies, and other posted communications.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including computers, scanners, copiers, and phone systems.
  • Manage calendars for the company's two meeting rooms and assist with scheduling appointments, including company interviews.
  • Help organize office activities and maintain the office kitchen and shared hospitality areas, including cleaning and organizing glassware and keeping supplies orderly.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling customer, employee, and financial information.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to two years of general clerical, administrative, customer service, or office experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, or bookkeeping preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, wear business-appropriate attire, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
