Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file post-judgment pleadings and legal documents related to enforcement actions.

Monitor case files to track enforcement progress, deadlines, and court requirements. Communicate professionally with courts, process servers, employers, financial institutions, and other third parties to facilitate judgment enforcement.
