Grimaldi Law Firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team full-time, IN PERSON, at our New office in Hollywood, Florida.

The successful candidate will leverage strong organizational and legal skills to prepare and maintain estate planning documents, assist with client intake, support attorneys with filings and legal research, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all case materials. Compensation:

$20 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Scanning, mailing, and printing documents.
  • Client Interaction: Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Scheduling: Assisting with appointment scheduling and calendar management.
  • Timekeeping: Clocking schedules for staff and ensuring accurate time records.
  • Office Maintenance: Keeping the office clean and organized.
  • Administrative Support: Performing various administrative tasks to support the office’s daily operations.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Fresh graduates or current college students, preferably in a related field.

  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
