THE JOB:
As an Administrative Clerk, you will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support our operations. We are looking for candidates with 6+ months of relevant experience who are skilled in managing mail distribution, compiling reports, and utilizing office equipment. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for customer service in a hospitality or casino resort environment, we want you to apply!
THE STARTING RATE: $16.25 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate staff or department; schedule conference calls and meetings
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Compile, copy, sort, file, and scan departmental documents
  • Operate office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ Months of Prior Relevant as an Administrative Clerk Experience in a similar environment
  • Must be willing to work a Full-Time schedule, 40 hours/week; 7:30am - 4:15pm, weekends and holidays are included
  • Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts externally and internally is preferred

Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$16.25
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
