Job description

Mail Room Clerk We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Room Clerk to join our client's team in Mesa, AZ on a contract to hire basis. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and interoffice communications. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping operations organized, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including postage and shipping labels
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments
  • Coordinate with courier services and internal departments
  • Monitor and replenish mailroom supplies
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a mailroom or administrative support role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to stay on your feet for the majority of the work day.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email systems)
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
