Mailroom Associate 

Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Location:  Lexington, KY 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-Clean Desk

Pay is $ 15/hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage.  Please take this into consideration when applying.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Mailroom Associate to support banking operations through accurate, high-volume transaction processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Slicing mail open, sorting and scanning mail.
  • Scanning QC of mail.
  • Placing boxes in box room to prepare for shredding. 
  • Once paper mail is done help with Data Entry work for Mailroom. 
  • Maintain productivity during the workday and assist with preparing remaining work for the next day at shift end.
  • Working a clean desk policy means that you may have days that you work longer than others

Requirements

  • Attention to detail with accuracy and good eye-hand coordination
  • Ability to lift to 15-20 pounds
  • Must be able to work overtime as required
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Open minded with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and be utilized in all areas of operation
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600-$33,250.
