About the Mail Print Operator Role:
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Mail Print Operator to join our operations team. This role is responsible for running industrial-sized printers, organizing printed materials into batches, and preparing them for further processing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and capable of performing physical tasks and basic equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial-sized printers to produce high-volume print jobs.
  • Group printed materials into batches and separate them for further processing.
  • Place completed batches in designated areas for downstream operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on printing equipment.
  • Regularly lift and move items weighing 25 lbs or more.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to lift 25+ pounds routinely.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Comfortable with piece-rate compensation structure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Be eligible to work in the United States.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600-$33,250.
