Job Description
Should be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
Should be able to manage high volume workloads
Should be able to multi-task
Must have intermediate MS office skills (enter data/filter an Excel sheet, create a word document etc.)
Good critical thinking skills - must be able to work under pressure
Requires walking around and some heavy lifting of boxes
Access internal softwares to retrieve documents submitted by applicants
Print documents, create files for visa petitions and coordinate with team members
Report issues and discrepancies in documents to team members
Review, copy and scan documents submitted by foreign nationals
Review files for data integrity
Maintain file integrity by adhering to filing system procedures
Meet daily/weekly goals for file completion
Locate and retrieve requested files
Maintain employee files and other Immigration documents on the internal Shared Drive
Attach shipping labels and list tracking numbers on files sent out
The candidate may also be trained on:
Verification of Employment Letters
Responsible for VOE mailbox
Create VOE letters and respond to employees, sub-contractors and branches in a timely manner
Escalate cases to the Immigration team or Talent managers when required
Maintain VOE database
Travel
Travel logistics and coordination
Recording cost of travel and transportation at Development Center and client site
Payroll deductions for hotel incidentals
Submit expense reports for travel paid for by consultants
