Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Perform any and all duties as assigned by management to include; print and mail services, intelligent locker services, and other office services.
• Performs administrative tasks, provides volumes/billing inputs to one-up Manager, and other assigned duties in a timely manner.
• Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
• Shipping & Receiving
• Sort and deliver mail, packages
• Valid Driver's license
• Courier services
• Pack & move boxes as needed within the site as requested
• Stock paper in copy areas
• Change Toners in copiers as requested
• Ensures adherence to company policies and guidelines, safety & security procedures.
• Create a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support.
• Utilizes technology to perform tasks efficiently and demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
• Position may require individuals to perform site activities due to unanticipated volume increases, staffing coverage issues and/or special project needs requested by clients.
• Understands basic information on core service/solutions offerings and effectively with Manager - Client Services.

• Maintain a high level of safety awareness and promptly report potential hazards to supervisors.
