Healthcare Client Coordinator

Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Management Technician to support medical record processing, document management, and administrative operations. This role is responsible for preparing, organizing, scanning, reviewing, and maintaining medical and business documents while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA standards. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-savvy, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, organize, scan, process, and maintain both electronic and physical medical records and company documents.
  • Review medical documentation to ensure records are complete, accurate, properly organized, and free of duplicates.
  • Gather and assemble examinee charts for medical reviews, examinations, billing processes, and related requests.
  • Perform data entry, document indexing, filing, proofreading, email correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
  • Create cover letters, update client information, and maintain organized document storage systems.
  • Support internal document workflows, mail processing, and record distribution activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of medical and personal information.
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and turnaround-time expectations while working independently.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
